摘要 A heat-resistant adiabatic composition fiber yarn and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain the property of the fiber at the high temperature for a long time by mixing the acryl group carbon fiber, para-aramid fiber and silica fiber. Aa s state before carding, in a blowing process, acryl group carbon fiber of 30-40 wt%, para aramid fiber of 30-40 wt% and silica fiber of 30-40 wt % are prepared and mixed through a mixer so that a lap is formed. Thereafter, in a carding process, the manufactured lap is injected into a card device so that a sliver lap is formed. Thereafter, the foreign substances are removed from the sliver lap and the fiber is arrayed uniformly so that a sliver is manufactured. In a combining process, 12-14 strands of slivers are mixed so that the good sliver is manufactured in order to manufacture a combed yarn. Thereafter, in a drawing process, 4-5 strands of slivers are treated by a doubling process and a drafting process so that the thin slivers are manufactured. In a roving process, the slivers are drafted and twisted slightly so that a roving yarn is manufactured. Thereafter, in a spinning process, the roving yarn is drafted as much as the necessary thickness, twisted and interlaced so that the thread with intensity is manufactured. Thereafter, the thread is treated by the water conditioning and winding processes and then wound by a cone or a spool or a bobbin. Thereafter, the two or more strands of threads are twisted and treated by a doubling process. Thereafter, in a re-winding process, the thread is again wound by a bobbin or a spool or a cone.
