A blow out oil drain device for an intercooler is provided to shorten an exchange period of blow out oil by facilitating discharge of oil in an intercooler tank through manipulation of a drain switch. A blow out oil drain device for an intercooler comprises a housing(10) installed at one side of a blow out oil drain passage. First and second links(20a,20b) are installed in the housing and link center parts thereof are installed on the same rotating shaft. First and second ball opening and closing balls(30a,30b) are installed at ends of the first and second links, respectively, while being in contact with a spring(40). The spring has both ends being in contact with the first and second ball opening and closing balls to apply elastic force to the first and second ball opening and closing balls. A drain switch(50) is installed at the upper end of the housing, and has one end exposed out of the housing and the other end being contact with an end of the first link.
