A vibration preventing device of a rod processed in a lathe is provided to remove a moving distance error between support rollers and to have a simple structure by adjusting the moving distance of the support roller uniformly by rotating one cam plate. In a device preventing rotating vibration of a long rod fed automatically in a regular processing amount to a spindle unit of an NC lathe, a vibration preventing device of a rod processed in the lathe comprises the followings: a guide block formed with a cross guide groove; a cam plate(16) formed with a cam groove(15) crossing the guide groove, to be rotated relatively from the guide block; a fixed axle(14) of a support roller(22,23) up and down, and left and right, inserted to the crossing point of the guide groove and the cam groove; and a pinion gear(18) formed at a periphery of the cam plate and meshed with a rack gear(19) operated by an air cylinder(21), to rotate the cam plate clockwise and counterclockwise and to move the fixed axle straightly in the guide groove for supporting the rod.
