An S-beam energy radiation modulation method is provided to obtain high reliability of measurement data by radiating elastic waves from plural S-wave generating sources at the same time or merging data measured by radiating elastic waves from plural S-wave generating sources in order. An S-beam energy radiation modulation method is composed of the steps of: arranging plural S-wave generating sources(100) at regular intervals and radiating elastic waves in order; measuring the reflected wave of the elastic wave radiated to the underground by plural geophones(200) aligned and separated from plural S-wave generating sources at a predetermined gap, and recording the reflected wave in a recording device; and obtaining target reflected wave measurement data by merging the recorded and reflected wave measurement data for each spot. The merged measurement data is generated by plural S-wave generating sources aligned within the distance of 1 wavelength of the elastic wave generated from the S-wave generating source. Each spot of the merged measurement data is a common spot where the reflected wave of the merged elastic wave is measured.
