A vacuum transferring device is provided to prevent unstable vacuum pressure from being created by a hole in a panel by forming a hole blocking member. A vacuum transferring device comprises a venturi pump(1) connected to an air tank, an air block(3) for connecting the pump connection hose, a mount block(5) and a vacuum cup member(6). The vacuum cup member includes a hose holder(7), a suction cup(8) and a hole blocking member(9). The hose holder is mounted on an end of the mount frame to restrict a vacuum cup connection hose(4). The suction cup fixes a panel by using vacuum negative pressure created by the venturi pump. The hole blocking member is installed at an inner side of the suction cub.
