The method of generating 3-D images overcomes the shortcomings of earlier methods which resulted in image flicker and poor synchronization between the two channels. To an image of a first sequence of 2D- images, an image of a second sequence is generated with a given time interval by an approximation variable (alpha), where in the image of the second sequence is calculated by approximation with at the image of the first sequence time-wise adjacent images and an ordering of the image of the first and second sequence to a left or right viewing channel, depending on the prevailing direction of movement into successive images of the first sequence, is undertaken. |
