A food annihilating method is provided to jet wet air in the annihilation tank by heating an annihilation tank for annihilating food, prevent the generation of a burn even in case of opening a cover of the annihilation tank by sequentially supplying an external air into the annihilation tank such that an internal temperature of the annihilation tank comes close to a room temperature, and prevent the generation of odor by preventing an internal hot steam from being ejected from the annihilation tank. A food annihilating method using a food annihilating apparatus comprises: an adding process of opening a door of an annihilation tank(10) and adding equal quantities of an additive-added sawdust and food for annihilation into the annihilation tank; a heating process of heating the annihilation tank to a temperature of 60 to 80 deg.C through a heating unit(20); a mixing process of rotating reacting blades(12) of the annihilation tank in a heated state to mix the added materials; an exhausting and circulating process of exhausting wet air from the annihilation tank, and circulating and sucking an external air into the annihilation tank; a condensing process of condensing water of the exhausted wet air to discharge the condensed water, and continuously performing the exhausting and circulating process; and a process of repeating the exhausting and circulating process and the condensing process until a temperature of the annihilation tank becomes 40 deg.C or less after tuning off the heating unit from the exhausting and circulating process, wherein when the door of the annihilation tank is opened after completing the annihilation process, an internal temperature of the annihilation tank comes close to a temperature of the external air, and only odorless sawdust is remained in the annihilation tank such that the sawdust can be repeatedly used as a food annihilating sawdust without addition of additives. |
