A plasma display apparatus is provided to reduce a radiation amount of electromagnetic waves by compensating for magnetic fields using currents that flow in different paths from each other. A plasma display apparatus includes a plasma display panel(100) and drivers(500,600). The plasma display panel includes first and second electrode groups. The drivers supply sustain pulses to the first and second electrode groups at one and the other sides of the plasma display panel, respectively. The drivers include a first scan driver(200) adjacent to a side of the plasma display panel and a second scan driver(300) adjacent to the other side of the plasma display panel. The first scan driver includes a first switch for forming an energy supply path and a second switch for forming an energy recovery path. The second scan driver includes a third switch for forming an energy supply path and a fourth switch for forming an energy recovery path.
