<p>The semi-automatic lacing unit has a conveyor tape for feeding mesh that is moveable entirety on linear guides. A synchronized system is provided that joins two electrical or mechanical actuators that provide collection of the tape without changing the displacement, and depositing products placed on its surface without moving from their initial position. An independent claim is also included for a method for meshing of fruit and vegetable products in commercial packaging.</p>
