A hanger structure for a vehicle exhaust system is provided to restrict movements in various directions by allowing coupling sections of a hanger rod to be coupled with a hanger rubber in various directions. A hanger structure for a vehicle exhaust system comprises a first hanger rod, a second hanger rod(20) and a hanger rubber. The first hanger rod is fixed to a vehicle body. The second hanger rod is fixed to an exhaust system. The hanger rubber is coupled with the first hanger rod and the second hanger rod. At least one of the first hanger rod and the second hanger rod includes a plurality of coupling sections(12,14) coupled with the hanger rubber in various directions. The first hanger rod has coupling sections and the second hanger rod has one coupling section. The coupling sections of the first hanger rod are perpendicular to each other. The coupling section of the second hanger rod is parallel to at least one of the coupling sections of the first hanger rod.
