An antenna assembly and a mobile communication terminal having the same are provided to facilitate realization of an antenna performance by maintaining a distance between a conductive strip and a ground constantly. An antenna assembly(10) includes a conductive strip(30) and a coupling member(20). The conductive strip is electrically connected to a circuit board(11). The coupling member supports the conductive strip by filling a space in a periphery of the conductive strip. The conductive strip forms a meander line pattern of which a main section is separated from an end of a ground surface(12) of the circuit board by a predetermined distance and is repetitively progressed in a vertical direction.
