A slip form system of an eco-friendly underground vertical tunnel and a method of constructing the tunnel with the same are provided to progress work quickly and to reduce construction cost by supplying all materials, workers, and equipment from the lower horizontal tunnel so that the vertical tunnel is constructed at a quick speed. A foundation of a supply facility for constructing a vertical tunnel is installed at a horizontal tunnel so that workers, materials, and equipment are supplied from the lower horizontal tunnel to the upper part. A lifter(36) is combined with connecting rails(35) and connecting metal materials(35-a,b) at a partition(A) of the vertical tunnel by bolts(40). A vent pipe(45) is installed for obtain a safe work space. A concrete hopper(37) and the lifter are installed at the lower tunnel of the vertical tunnel.
