FRUIT-SPECIFIC EXPRESSION VECTOR COMPRISING FRUIT-SPECIFIC EXPRESSION PROMOTER DERIVED FROM STRAWBERRY

A fruit-specific expression vector comprising an ascorbate peroxidase promoter from strawberry is provided to increase transformation efficiency compared with conventional methods and be very usefully used in order to develop species of the fruit through controlling of a developing step. A fruit-specific expression vector includes an ascorbate peroxidase promoter derived from strawberry described by one sequence of SEQ ID : NOs. 6 to 8 and a target gene. A microorganism is transformed by the fruit-specific expression vector. A plant cell is transformed by the fruit-specific expression vector. A plant is transformed by the fruit-specific expression vector.
