An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) antenna and an RFID tag are provided to improve reliability of a product by removing a shade recognition section of the RFID tag through the antenna having an isotropic radiation pattern. An RFID tag(100) includes an RFID antenna(120) and an IC chip(110). The RFID antenna includes polygonal first and second conductors(121,123), third and fourth conductors(125,126), and cross-shaped open slots(127,128). The third and fourth conductors are formed on one side of the first and second conductors. The cross-shaped open slots are formed among the first to fourth conductors. The IC chip is connected between the first conductor and the second conductor of the RFID antenna.
