The present invention refers to a plantar sole and a base sole which together provide a ventilating and shock absorbing system for shoes. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a dome ventilating system located in the plantar sole that is simultaneously inserted into a base sole, which design is homogeneous therebetween; besides comprising a shock absorbing system based on an air inlet and outlet, the present invention also comprises apertures characterised in that they maintain a suitable ventilation level and a foot thermal comfort. The present system is different from traditional sole systems currently available on the market since it has a novel dome design where the cavity thereof is lost upon carrying out the plantar pressure resulting from the walking natural process.
