A multifunction CID display is provided to improve customer satisfaction by using a CID display function and a function for displaying information stored in a memory on an LCD screen in a call consultation, and improve customer management and sales by using the information on a PC connected by a USB port and printing the stored information in a mounted printer. A CID(Caller IDentification) unit(5) detects CID information transmitted from a telephone office. A telephone(5-a) is connected to the CID unit. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) unit(1) displays detected information on a screen. A memory unit(7) stores information related to detected telephone numbers. A USB(Universal Serial Bus) unit(6) is used by connection with a PC(Personal Computer). A keyboard unit(3) receives the CID information. A printer unit(4) outputs the displayed information. A printer(4-a) is connected to the printer unit. An MCU(Micro Control Unit)(2) processes all functions and information. |
