<p>Winch installation (1) with a winch drum (3) on which a number of belt-shaped winding elements (5) are wound. The windings of the belt on the winch drum do not exert any lateral forces on each other asthey are situated directly on top of each other. The belt-shaped winding elements (5) have a rectangular cross-section. The belt of the winding element (5) is made of polyurethane and has a number of cables extending lengthwise in the winding element, each of which consists of a number of interwoven strands of steel wire.</p> |
