An oil absorbing net using kapok fiber is provided to remove oil spilled over the sea or rivers, manufacture and reuse easily and simply. An oil absorbing net using kapok fiber includes a kapok fiber member(10) filled in a porous carrier to absorb oil flew inward through an oil absorbing hole of a porous carrier, a porous carrier(20) manufactured with materials which don't dissolve with water and organic solvents in a through hole formed on each corner, restricting the kapok fiber member and provided with an oil absorbing hole to function as a passage for oil coming in and out, and a fixing member(30) fixing the porous carrier to each corner of a mesh via the through hole.
