A method of manufacturing walnut mousse by mixing walnut powder and egg white foam and then hardening is provided to obtain walnut mousse which has the efficacy of walnut and to improve digestion in a person who does not digest wheat flour-based meals. A walnut is cracked, filtered to remove any debris and then ground. The obtained walnut powder is mixed with egg white foam and a stabilizer and hardened into a predetermined shape. |
