<p>A method for transmitting data with video is provided to transmit the data with video variably according to a complexity of an AV(Audio and Video) signal, thereby securing AV quality even when the data with video needs to be transmitted. A complexity of an AV signal is analyzed(21). A transmission amount of AV encoded data is determined(22). A transmission amount of data with video is determined(23). The data with video are transmitted(24). The analyzing of the complexity of the AV signal is performed according to video frames, video frame groups, or the entire video frame.</p> |
