The cutting blade is formed on an outer surface of the cutting unit and removes a peripheral portion of the ruptured screw by rotatory power. The female screw includes a screw thread in an opposite direction to a thread of the removed screw. The hilt unit is connected to the cutting unit and transmits the rotatory power. The female screw includes a screw groove(121) forming the screw thread in the opposite direction to the thread of the removed screw.
