FLUX REVERSAL MOTOR AND LINEAR MOTION SYSTEM

A flux reversal motor and a linear motion system are provided to reduce detent force by applying skew to a mover core or a stator core, to prevent magnetic field interference between permanent magnets, and to reduce end effect causing thrust ripple. A flux reversal motor includes a mover(100), a winding space(44) of windings(12), a winding suspension end(45), permanent magnets(13), and a stator(200). The mover is formed by stacking mover cores(18) with a plurality of teeth having wide lower ends. The winding space of the windings is formed to perforate through between the teeth of the mover cores. The winding suspension end is integrated with the teeth at a position matched with a lower side of the winding space. The windings are wound around the winding space. The permanent magnets are mounted on surfaces of the teeth of lower ends of the teeth. The stator is arranged under the permanent magnets and has a structure to stack uneven-shaped stator cores(19).
