摘要 A reflective LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), a method of manufacturing the reflective LCD and a transflective LCD are provided to form an alignment control structure at a position corresponding to a contact hole which causes reflectivity reduction so as to improve the reflectivity and contract ratio of the reflective LCD. A reflective LCD includes a first substrate(14), a second substrate(11), a reflection electrode(12A) and a liquid crystal layer(13A). The second substrate has protrusions and depressions(12) formed on the surface thereof. The reflection electrode is formed on the second substrate to cover the protrusions and depressions, electrically connected to a switching element formed on the second substrate through a contact hole(11F) and has protrusions and depressions corresponding to the protrusions and depressions of the second substrate. The liquid crystal layer is interposed between the first and second substrates and has minus dielectric anisotropy. The contact hole is arranged at the center of the reflection electrode and a structure(12B) for controlling the alignment of liquid crystal molecules of the liquid crystal layer is formed on the first substrate and located at a position corresponding to the contact hole.
