An image forming device accessible through group information and an image processing system having the same are provided to enable a user to receive authentication for a plurality of functions through one authentication process and process an authentication procedure simply by using group information including the user. A communicator(340) communicates with a plurality of hosts(100) and a data storing unit(210). The data storing unit is included in a server(200), and stores information for the hosts and users corresponding to each host by grouping the information. A controller(350) sets up at least one image processor(330) available to each group information, receives the group information including user information from the host, and permits operation to the available image processors corresponding to the group information. A display unit(320) displays the available image processors corresponding to the group information. An input unit(310) receives change of the available image processors corresponding to the group information.
