A cleaning blade for an image-forming apparatus is provided to remove toner remaining on a surface of a photosensitive drum efficiently, by adjusting a nip width of a cleaning blade contacted with the photosensitive drum in a dynamic mode. A cleaning blade(20) is contacted with an outer circumferential surface of a photosensitive drum(12) of an image-forming apparatus to remove toner remaining on the outer circumferential surface of the photosensitive drum. In a dynamic state where the cleaning blade is contacted with the photosensitive drum in a load of 2-60N and a surface pressure of 1.3-66.7 MPa during rotation of the photosensitive drum, the cleaning blade is contacted with the outer circumferential surface of the photosensitive drum in a nip width of 3-10 micrometer. The cleaning blade has a two-layer structure of a mother body layer(20-1) and an edge layer(20-2).
