A coupling structure for a bumper stay is provided to absorb a shock resulting from an external force to prevent a side member and a bumper beam from being deformed, so that a vehicle is repaired and assembled when the collision with another vehicle occurs. A coupling structure for a bumper stay(120) includes a fixture pocket(130), a fixture bracket(140), and a side member(150). A front end(121) of the bumper stay is press-fitted into the fixture pocket. The fixture bracket elastically supports the fixture pocket. The fixture bracket is press-fitted into the side member. The side member has a first flange part(151) formed at the terminal end. The fixture pocket includes a receiver(132) in which the bumper stage is received and the second flange part corresponding to the first flange part. The fixture bracket includes a resting part(142) supporting the fixture pocket and a locking part(141) press-fitted between the first and second flange parts.
