An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to miniaturize the whole of an LCD and reduce a manufacturing cost by modifying the structure of the LCD in which a liquid crystal panel driving board is installed. An LCD comprises a light source unit, a liquid crystal panel, optical sheets, a mold frame, fixing members(24), a liquid crystal panel driving board(31), and a top chassis. The light source unit generates light. The optical sheets are arranged between the light source unit and the liquid crystal panel. The mold frame has an inner lateral and an outer lateral. The light source unit, the liquid crystal panel, and the optical sheets are mounted at the inner lateral of the mold frame. The fixing member is formed at the outer lateral of the mold frame. The liquid crystal panel driving board, where liquid crystal panel driving components(41) are mounted, is put on the top of the fixing members. The top chassis, enclosing the side of the mold frame, is put on the upper part of the liquid crystal panel. The liquid crystal panel driving components are arranged at a space which is formed between the liquid crystal panel driving board and the outer lateral of the mold frame and by the fixing members. |
