An apparatus and a method for treating thickened sludge and precipitated sludge of an inverse discharge water are provided to compact a required area for facilities through induction of a membrane filtration process, by disposing a pipe membrane between a recovery bath and a dehydrator. A pipe type membrane filtration unit(10) is disposed between a recovery bath and a dehydrator. The pipe type membrane filtration unit comprises a feed water regulation bath(11) for controlling input of feed water and input of concentrated water, a concentration bath(12) connected to the feed water regulation bath, a pipe membrane(13) connected to the thickening bath, and a treatment water bath(14) connected to the pipe membrane. Further, a level sensor is additionally installed at an upper part of the feed water regulation bath in order to control inflow of the feed water and the concentrated water. |
