A display device and a method thereof are provided to offer a satisfied display function to a user by displaying a user interface window corresponding to current time, season, and year. A storage unit(110) stores a plurality of user interface data corresponding to each predetermined time information, which is set by at least one of year, season, month, day-of-week, and time. A display unit(130) displays the user interface data stored in the storage unit to a screen. A controller(120) extracts the user interface data corresponding to current time counted by a counter from the storage unit and outputs the extracted user interface data to the screen through the display unit. An input unit receives setting for the time information and the user interface data corresponding to the time information. The controller stores the time information and the user interface data set through the input unit to the storage unit.
