摘要 A pulse power generator using a semiconductor switch is provided to reduce a size and a cost by using a simple gate driving circuit with high reliability while supplying a gate signal and gate power at the same time. A plurality of power states(110) include semiconductor switches(112), and charge capacitors(113) connected in series. The plurality of power states are formed by connecting power cells(111) to semiconductor switches in series. The power cells include power switch drivers(116), bypass diodes(114), and rectification diodes(115). A power inverter(120) supplies power for charging of the charge capacitor. A power loop(130) is a high voltage insulating cable to supply the power from the power inverter to the rectification diode of each of the power cells. A control inverter(140) supplies a control signal for generating a gate signal and gate power of the semiconductor switch. A control loop(150) is a high voltage insulating cable to supply the control signal from the control inverter to the power switch driver of each of the power cells.
