A system and a method for verifying a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) contents service are provided to compare component information extracted from each service page of a target WAP page with service page component information stored in a component information manager, thereby verifying a service quality of the target WAP contents. A component information manager(30) receives selection of service pages used for verifying a service quality of target WAP contents, and registers, stores, and manages component information of each service page. A service navigator(10) downloads the service page of a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) from a CP(Content Provider) server by connecting to the URL, which is an initial access address of the target WAP contents received from a system operator, and extracts the component information from the service page by analyzing a WML(Wireless Markup Language) script of the service page. A service verifier(20) verifies whether the target WAP contents form a service page screen according to an intention of a PC by comparing the component information of the extracted service page with the component information stored in the component information manager. |
