An apparatus for hanging a banner is provided to perform a curtain function, an advertising function, and a screen function. A supporting plate is fixed on a ceiling and a bottom. The supporting plate is decreased or increased in a vertical direction. An adjusting plate is installed at the supporting plate in order to be lifted in the vertical direction. A bracket is installed in the adjusting plate. A banner is wound around a hanger(10). The hanger is installed in the bracket to change contents of the banner by adjusting an upper width and a lower width of the banner. The banner is wound around the hanger or is released from the hanger by using a motor.
