摘要 Method for solid organic waste reclamation by means of double waste processing by operating environment with heating up to destruction temperature and hold in the operating environment at the destruction temperature till manufacture of a light-end decay product and fixed residue with the further condensation of carbonaceous base product, wherein at the stage of the first processing by operating environment the waste is heated at the continuous change of the attitude position on the predetermined path up to the temperature of the second processing, the second processing being handled by means of hold in the operating environment directly after the first processing, the temperature of the second processing is determined at least no lower than the temperature of destruction.Device for solid organic waste reclamation, comprising a reactor having working chamber, and supplied with a heating facility, heat carrier application device, connected with the working chamber housing and the heating facility, the means of generating and feeding the operating environment to the working chamber and the fixed residue unloading device, facility of loading waste into reactor, supplied with a feeding unit and connected with the reactor working chamber, a waste decay light-end product condensation system with the products condensation separation system, if necessary, connected with the reactor working chamber, and, if necessary, a waste mill, containing an additional chamber, supplied with the housing, input of which is connected with the waste load facility, and output is directly connected with the working chamber input, the additional chamber being supplied with a path setting facility, executed with a possibility of changing continuously the attitude position of the processed waste between the additional chamber input and output, and the heat carrier application device being additionally connected with the additional chamber housing, at least in the additional chamber output zone.2
