THE METHOD FOR ENHANCING SPORULATION AND PRODUCING MASS SPORE OF SPORE-FORMING FUNGI INCLUDING EPICOCCOSORUS NEMATOSPORUS

A method for promoting sporulation and mass-producing of spore-forming fungi including Epicoccosorus nematosporus are provided to mass-produce the Epicoccosorus nematosporus and the spore-forming fungi effective for weeding Eleocharis kuroguwai. A method for sporulating of spore-forming fungi comprises a step of culturing the spore-forming fungi including Epicoccosorus nematosporus in a 0.1X-1X PDA culture medium comprising 0.1-1% of sucrose under pH stress of 7.0-9.0. A method for mass-producing spore of the spore-forming fungi comprises the steps of: (a) culturing the spore-forming fungi including Epicoccosorus nematosporus in a 0.1X-1X PDA culture medium comprising 0.1-1% of sucrose under pH stress of 7.0-9.0; and (b) mixing the culture medium comprising the spore of the spore-forming fungi with a selective culture medium including a vegetable juice and a silicon oxide compound such as zeolite and vermiculite.
