A dental prosthesis and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a screw coupling type prosthesis that is installed conveniently without abutment prep, and to disperse the occlusion pressure evenly. A dental prosthesis includes a keeper(100), a base(200), and a body(300). The keeper encloses an abutment(410) on one side from the lingual side. The base encloses an abutment(420) on the other side from the lingual side. The body is inserted into a damaged tooth loss portion(430), encloses the abutment on one side from a buccal side in the case of a molar portion, and encloses the labial surface of both abutments in the case of anterior portion. Bolt coupling holes are formed on the keeper, the base and the body to penetrate each of them by a casting method by use of a casting bolt. The coupling holes are aligned in a straight line to be coupled with a coupling bolt.
