Provided are seasoned dried pollack food, and a method for preparing the seasoned dried pollack food immediately to improve the freshness and taste of dried pollack. A seasoned dried pollack food is prepared by tearing dried pollack in parts; and mixing up 55 % of the torn dried pollack strips, 16 % an olive oil, 13 % of powdered red pepper, 8 wt% of yeast sugar syrup, 3 wt% of soy sauce, 3 % of sugar and 1 % of a sesame oil. |
