A camera lens module having an auto focus adjusting apparatus is provided to minimize the camera lens module by using a piezo motor as a driving device for automatically adjusting a focus distance. A camera lens module having an auto focus adjusting apparatus includes an image sensor(109), a lens assembly body(102), a rotator(104), a piezo motor(103) and a screw unit. The lens assembly body is installed on an optical axis of the image sensor. The rotator is rotatably installed to cover a part of the lens assembly. The piezo motor is installed to cover the other part of the lens assembly and provides a driving force to rotate the rotator. The screw unit is installed between the lens assembly and the rotator. The screw unit converts a rotation motion of the rotator, and adjusts a focus distance by moving the lens assembly linearly according to an optical axial direction of the image sensor.
