A telescopic drilling rig relates to pneumatic machinery of rotating and shock and vibration action for drilling rock formations in mining and building industries.The invention is aimed at enhancing reliability and higher safety operation of a telescopic drilling rig.The inventive result is characterized in that a flange with square or rectangular hole is coupled deadly to the upper end of the feed rod, in which an element of telescopic mechanism of torque transfer in the form of a square or rectangular pipe moves inside the hole and rotatable around its longitudinal axis, wherein another telescopic element of torque transfer is also inserted into the pipe and deadly coupled to the drilling rig by its second end and also having a piece of square or rectangular section.
