A recyclable safety apparatus used for a fire prevention shutter is provided to maintain a complete shut-down state of the shutter against a wind pressure or high heat generated by a fire, and to lower manufacturing costs of the safety apparatus. A recyclable safety apparatus(200) used for a fire prevention shutter includes: a plate(210); a guide plate(220), which is attached to the plate and which has a guide opening(221) in a lateral direction; an actuation pin(230), which is inserted into the guide opening of the guide plate and which has a round front end and a safety bar(237) at a rear side to be suspended from the guide opening; and a Bi-meal(240), which is tightly attached to a rear end face of the actuation pin and which pushes the actuation pin by being bent in the presence of heat nearby, thereby causing the actuation pin to be protruded and suspended by a fixed wing.
