PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrolytic capacitor which can form an electrolytic layer having a uniform thickness by a simple method. SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing an electrolytic capacitor has a process of preparing a blank provided with a valve metal base and a dielectric layer formed on the surface of the valve metal base; and a process of immersing a region of the blank where at least the dielectric layer is formed into a polymerization liquid, and then, picking up it to form a solid electrolytic layer on the dielectric layer. Then, a process of jetting gas to a portion to which the polymerization liquid in the blank adheres is executed after immersing the blank in the polymerization liquid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
