PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a diaphragm from being cracked, and a wire from being disconnected, by restraining unevenness of pressure applied onto a pressure receiving part. SOLUTION: An orifice 37 is provided in a pressure introducing hole 31 to contract a cross-sectional area of the pressure introducing hole 31, or alternatively a baffle structure 38 is provided in a chamber 32 expanded in the pressure introducing hole 31 to regulate a flow of a fluid that is a measuring medium.
