PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer containing at least an electron transport agent, a charge generating agent and a binder resin formed on a conductive substrate, wherein the electron transport agent is a compound expressed by general Formula (1). In the Formula (1), each of R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>3</SB>represents a 1-6C straight-chain or branched alkyl group, a 6-20C aryl group having a 1-6C straight-chain or branched alkyl group as a substituent, a 6-20C aralkyl group, a 3-10C cycloalkyl group, or a 1-6C straight-chain or branched alkoxy group.
