PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel having a function of damping vibration. SOLUTION: The wheel for a bicycle includes a rim 3 with a tire fitted to an outer circumference thereof, a hub 2 arranged at the center of the rim 3, and a plurality of spokes 4 with both ends thereof fixed to the rim 3 and the hub 2. Each of the spokes 4 has two stress concentration parts 41, 42 at both ends fixed to the rim 2 and the hub 2, respectively, and flexible parts 53, 54 which are located between the two stress concentration parts 41, 42 and capable of damping the stresses to be easily concentrated at the two stress concentration parts 41, 42 by the elastic deformation.
