PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite die capable of refining the crystalline grain size of a work and considerably prolonging lifetime in comparison with a conventional value, a work plastic-working device, and a work plastic-working method capable of refining the crystalline grain size of the work, and considerably prolonging the lifetime of the die in comparison with a conventional method. SOLUTION: After a bar-shaped titanium material 20 is accommodated in a substantially straight groove 13 of a first die 7, a first guide part 15 of a second die 8 is fitted to the groove 13. Then, the first die 7 is moved in the direction of an arrow A with respect to the second die 8 fixed to a fixed base, and the titanium material 20 held in the groove 13 of the first die 7 in a substantially non-movable manner is bent by the first guide part 15, and plastically deformed so as to be pressed into a through hole 24 of the second die 8.
