PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which enables an illumination unit to be easily and surely attached to the front door. SOLUTION: The illumination unit 20 includes a light-permeable cylindrical protective cover 21, and a tubular light source 22 which is housed in the protective cover 21. The front door 3 has a recess section 32, in which the end section of the protective cover 21 can be fitted from the front side, on the front surface. After fitting the end section of the protective cover 21 in the recess section 32, a display panel 11 is attached to the front surface of the front door 3.
