COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING CATION, LIQUID FATTY SUBSTANCE AND SORBITAN ESTER, AND METHOD OF COSMETIC TREATMENT PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition having very good cosmetic characteristics for especially sensitized hair for solving a problem such that conventional conditioning cosmetic compositions are not completely satisfactory. SOLUTION: This new cosmetic composition comprises at least one cationic surfactant, at least one ester of an oxyethylenated sorbitan with an 8-30 C saturated straight chain-formed or branched fatty acid and having ≤10 molar number of ethylene oxide units, and at least one non-silicone fatty substance being liquid at 25°C environmental temperature and under atmospheric pressure (1 atm) (presenting by ≤8 wt.% amount based on the total weight of the composition) in a cosmetically acceptable aqueous medium.
