<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely detecting a break of a resin film extruded through a T-die without man power. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of temperature sensors 6 for measuring a temperature of the resin film A extruded through the T-die 2 in the whole range in the width direction of the film are installed: when a region in the width direction where the temperature measured by each of temperature sensors 6 is lower than a given threshold value is detected, a warning of the occurrence of a film breakage in the resin film A is given by a controller 7 connected with each of the temperature sensors 6, thus a breakage of the resin film A extruded through the T-die 2 can be surely detected without man power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
