<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinch-grip type bottle-shaped vessel which is capable of preventing the buckling caused by a dropping impact from occurring, and used at ease even when the vessel is thin-walled and large. <P>SOLUTION: In the synthetic resin-made pinch-grip type bottle-shaped vessel, finger-fitting recesses are formed opposite to each other on both side wall parts of a barrel part, and a grip part is formed of both recesses and a back wall part between the recesses.
