PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bladder for a safety tire having a laminated structure of an inner layer and an outer layer and capable of reliably keeping airtightness especially on a joint part of the inner layer and optimizing the distance between the joint parts of the inner layer and the outer layer. SOLUTION: This hollow annular air bladder stored in the tire, filled with gas and to support a load applied on the tire by expanding and deforming in accordance with lowering of tire inner pressure has the laminated structure of the inner layer made by rounding an inner liner material in an annular shape and laminating and adhering end parts of the inner liner material on each other on the outer diametrical side of an annulus ring and the outer layer made of a main reinforcing material to cover an outer peripheral surface of the inner layer except for a laminated part of this inner liner material and an auxiliary reinforcing material to cover the laminated part including end parts of the main reinforcing material.
