PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve execution work when installing a lamp on a wiring duct and to unify precisely irradiation angle of each lamp when installing a large number of lamps. SOLUTION: The lighting apparatus comprises an arm member 5 capable of being fixed detachably to a wiring duct 1, recessed parts 61 which are provided at a 30 degree pitch on the surface of the arm member 5 and show rotating angles of the lamp 2 to the arm member 5 as a first marking portion, a fitting 4 which is fixed to the lamp 2 and is supported rotatably to the arm member 5 so as to adjust the irradiation angle of the irradiation light of the lamp, and recessed parts 44 which are provided at the end face of a depressing plate 42 of the fitting 4 corresponding to the recessed part 61 at a 90 degree pitch and with a width wider than that of the recessed parts 61 as a second marking portion.
